The $89 consultation fee is due at the time of visit. If you choose to move forward with the work, the $89 is credited toward your total — so it’s essentially free when you hire us.

What if I just need a quick question answered?
Call us at (978) 587-2073. We’re happy to answer simple questions over the phone at no charge. The on-site consultation is for situations that require a plumber to physically inspect the issue.
Can you do the work the same day as the consultation?
Often, yes. If it’s a straightforward repair and we have the parts on hand, we can usually complete the work during the same visit. For larger projects, we’ll schedule a return appointment.
How do I pay the consultation fee?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected at the time of the visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem. Just give us at least 24 hours notice and we’ll reschedule at no charge.
