He was kind and patient, explaining the situation (a large tub hole), and the best repair option. The job ended up being huge, with Mark replacing the  entire tub, subfloor, and adding floor supports. The work looks great, everything was so clean, and we were informed every step of the process. Mark was able to recommend someone to replace the surrounding wall tile, and that experience was incredible as well. Been working with them for a few years and have a couple examples.  Prior plumber came out two winters in a row because the house was cold.  Turned out there was air in the system so they bled it out but lo and behold it would reaccumulate.  So we called Lausier and Mark replaced the faulty air scoop right of the bat - now the system bleeds out the air on its own like it's supposed to.  We had also mentioned to the prior plumber that heat seemed to be distributing weirdly in the house, but they couldn't figure out the problem.  On Mark's first visit he realized that two of the heating systems in the house were erroneously installed connected to each other, which was a very tricky diagnosis.  After fixing that we haven't had any plumbing issues and the house doesn't feel cursed anymore.  Can't imagine there's a better plumber in the area.

We found this quote shocking.  A friend recommended the Lausier brothers to give us a second opinion, and I’m so glad she did.  These guys are great – very responsive, easy to schedule the work, easy to pay them.
Our boiler is fine and just needed some fine tuning, for a total cost of around $1,000.  A far cry from the $7,100 we were looking at.  Needless to say, we have a new plumber and I’m telling everyone about these guys.
