Our Story
Lausier Brothers didn’t start with a business plan. It started with a grandfather who believed in doing things right.
Our grandfather was plumber in Massachusetts who went on to serve as the Town of Marblehead’s Plumbing Inspector. He spent his career making sure homes were safe and plumbing was done to code—not just for customers, but for an entire community. He set a standard that became our family’s foundation.
He taught his son—our father, Mark Sr.—everything he knew. Mark Sr. carried on the tradition, working as a plumber throughout the North Shore and raising his sons around jobsites, pipe wrenches, and the simple principle that your word is your bond.
Today, brothers Matt and Mark Lausier continue that legacy. We grew up in this trade, learned from the best, and built Lausier Brothers on the same values our grandfather lived by: honest work, fair prices, and treating every customer like family.
Meet The Team
Matt Lausier – Co-Owner
Matt is a Navy veteran who served our country before returning home to serve his community. He’s also an active Boston firefighter emergency response is in his blood. Matt brings military discipline, attention to detail, and a calm-under-pressure mentality to every job. When your basement is flooding at 2 AM, Matt’s the guy you want answering the phone.
Mark Lausier – Co-Owner
Mark holds the Master Plumber license and oversees the technical side of operations. He’s the one making sure every installation meets code, every repair is done right, and every customer understands their options. Mark has a talent for explaining complex plumbing issues in plain English no jargon, no pressure, just straight answers.
