These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lausier Brothers, Inc. website and our plumbing services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Lausier Brothers, Inc. provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Salem, Massachusetts and surrounding communities. All services are performed by licensed plumbers in accordance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

  • We provide written estimates before beginning work
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • If additional work is discovered during a job, we will discuss the scope and cost with you before proceeding
  • Emergency service calls may include additional fees, which will be disclosed before dispatch

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Financing is available for qualified customers on approved projects
  • A deposit may be required for large projects or special-order materials

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled appointment window
  • We will notify you if we are running late or need to reschedule
  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Property Access

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to the work area and any relevant plumbing systems. This includes access to shut-off valves, water heaters, and other equipment as needed to perform the requested services.

Limitation of Liability

Lausier Brothers, Inc. is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during service
  • Damage caused by customer negligence or misuse
  • Consequential or incidental damages beyond the cost of services provided
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (material availability, weather, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided or re-performing defective work.

Governing Law
