Workmanship Warranty
All labor performed by Lausier Brothers is covered by our workmanship warranty. If an issue arises due to the quality of our work, we’ll return to address it at no additional cost to you.
Standard workmanship warranty: 1 year from date of service
This warranty covers:
- Defects in workmanship
- Improperly installed parts or equipment
- Issues resulting from our work that require correction
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties
- Issues unrelated to our original work
Manufacturer Warranties
Parts and equipment we install are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. These typically include:
- Water heaters: 6-12 year tank warranty, 1-2 year parts warranty (varies by model)
- Faucets and fixtures: Limited lifetime to 10+ years depending on manufacturer
- Toilets: 1-10 year warranties depending on manufacturer
- Sump pumps: 1-5 year warranties depending on model
We’ll provide you with manufacturer warranty information for any equipment we install. We assist with warranty claims when issues arise within the warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
